Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All services provided by Bloomdrop involve time, effort, and custom work. As such, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.


2. Starter Package

  • Clients may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided no substantial work has been completed.
  • After 48 hours, all payments are non-refundable.

3. Standard & Premium Packages

Partial Payment

  • If the client has not completed full payment and less than 50% of the project has been completed, they may request a refund of the amount paid.
  • If more than 50% of the project has been completed, no refund will be issued.

Full Payment

  • If the project has been fully completed and delivered, only a partial refund may be issued at Bloomdrop's discretion.
  • The partial refund amount will reflect the work already completed and delivered.

4. Code & Deliverables

  • Once any website code, files, or deliverables have been shared with the client, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Delivery of work constitutes fulfillment of service.

5. Project Completion Definition

A project is marked "completed" when:

  • The website has been delivered to the client, OR
  • The client has approved the final version, OR
  • The agreed scope of work has been fulfilled.

6. Client Responsibilities

Refund eligibility may be void if:

  • The client becomes unresponsive for extended periods.
  • Required materials (content, images, information) are not provided.
  • Delays are caused by the client.

7. Dispute Resolution

Bloomdrop is committed to fairness. If concerns arise, we encourage clients to contact us first at refund@bloomdrop.ca so we can resolve the issue promptly.


8. Policy Acceptance

  • By purchasing any Bloomdrop service, the client agrees to this refund policy in full.
