Upon full payment:

  • The client is granted ownership of the final deliverables
  • Bloomdrop retains the right to use the work for portfolio and marketing purposes

Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

You agree not to use our Services for:

  • Any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Distributing harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Violating the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate Services for violations of this section.
